Okay, perhaps I was overly ambitious when I created this blog. More unoriginal than I had thought, success seems much further away. (By 'success', I mean, someone actually reading this other than the friends that I force it upon.) I guess if you aren't the first to do something, you should just do it bigger and better. Currently, however, theres only one writer, so 'bigger' is out. Also, being that the writer is me , 'better' is out. So instead of driving myself nuts creating a blog that I don't like and that noone reads, I'm going to wait until I find some other writers.
On the off chance anyone does read this, I'll share my thoughts of the week.
Idea of the week: I'd like to see an island sized department store. Not a blinding white mall with cubic stores, but a realistic building with multiple floors and designated areas for different products. Hair? 2nd floor. Furniture? 4th floor. And so on. But will it work? I think it would. Look at the success of Washu's Wigsz. At the very least, someone make a shoe store! Please!
Store of the week: Swell by Beryl Greenacre. Finally, someone making mens clothes that aren't goth or "thug", not that I am opposed to either. Its just nice to see something for the average guy.
Product of the week: Zaige DZigns Mens Bangs, multiple styles. They can give your AV a completely new look for only 100L, definitely the best way to get rid of n00b hair.
Concern of the week: Country music streams on the rise. No offense, well, maybe a little, but what is with the increase in twang lately? It seems like I keep landing in Nashville. I've heard so much of it, I know some of the words and find myself humming it hours later. Bleh.
Complaint of the week: Movie theaters suck. The Royal Theater is gone and the Subterranean Theater --which once played classics, such as Clockwork Orange and The Shining-- now plays only adult films. I am very disappointed.
And lastly,
Question of the week: How'd I do on my first edition of Bacon's Bits?
